You should understand that by ordering any of the Products, You hereby agree to enter into an agreement with the merchant advertising the sale or their Products on our website (“Merchant”) and us and be bound by these terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, we are not responsible for supplying the Product to you (as it is the responsibility of the Merchant to do so) but we shall assist in coordinating the delivery of the Products to you. By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with Chan Furniture Malaysia Sdn Bhd,you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. ZENCO (for Chan Furniture Malaysia Sdn Bhd) retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be Chan Furniture Malaysia Sdn Bhd or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party Chan Furniture Malaysia Sdn Bhd is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

The above Terms of Sales constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and www.chanfurniture.my. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by Chan Furniture Malaysia Sdn Bhd.
Terms & Conditions – Products
1. Order and Payment
1.1 The price quoted are in Malaysia Ringgit.
1.2 The price and shipping charges may subject to change without notice but changes will not affect the orders that have already been confirmed and accepted.
1.3 All price quoted are inclusive 0% of Good and Service Tax (GST). The existing standard rate is fixed by the government. We may change the rate should the government increase/decrease the rate.
1.4 All payments have to be made through online banking by either debit or credit card. Payments shall not be deemed to be made until the full amount of funds are successfully transferred to the merchandiser. No cash refund is offered but we offer refund in terms of credit note subject to clause.
4.0 Return Policy.
1.5 Currently, this online purchase is available ONLY for residents who live within Malaysia. For areas such as Pahang, Kelantan, Terengganu, Penang, Gerik and rural areas, merchandiser has the right to delivery said order to shipping address or denied said order due to various reason.
1.6 All order will be processed by Chan Furniture from Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
1.7 Tele-ordering is currently not available.
1.8 Once your order is confirmed, no cancellation order is available.
1.9 You can check your order's status under “My Account / My Purchases”.
1.10 Your order's status remain as an offer until Confirmation of Order and Reference number is email to you.

2.0 Delivery and Collection
2.1 Currently, this online purchase is available ONLY for residents who live within Malaysia. For areas such as Pahang, Kelantan, Terengganu, Penang, Gerik and rural areas, merchandiser has the right to delivery said order to shipping address or denied said order due to various reason.
2.2 Products will be processed and dispatched within seven (7) to fourteen (14) working days upon verification of payment. (More days would be required should we need to replenish the stocks)
2.3 We cannot make any changes to the billing information, shipping address, or delivery method once your orders have been submitted and confirmed.
2.4 If you select “self-collection” as the shipping method, you will be contacted via email or call once your order is ready for collection.

2.4.1 Pick up location will be contacted via email or phone call; whichever branch closest to your shipping address.
3.0 Cancellation of Order
3.1 No cancellation is allowed once you have confirmed and submitted your orders. Therefore please decide wisely before you click to purchase. Refer clause 1.4 and 4.0 for more details.
4.0 Return Policy
Chan Furniture (M) Sdn Bhd does not allow product returns but exchange is permitted under the following conditions.

Products delivered/picked up is not what is ordered by buyer

All defective / unsatisfactory product must be reported within 48 hours from the day of delivery/picked up.

Original receipts/invoices are required for all exchange.

Item(s) must be in original condition with all tags/labels attached.

Return only be allowed once per order number and/or per item. Meaning that the same order number cannot be returned for the subsequent time.

Shipping charges will be excluded and will not be refund for credit note.

You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.

We will email to you the credit note once the process of returning is completed. Return process normally will takes 7 working days from day of receipt of your returned item.

A processing fee of 10% of total invoice will be charged for each return item. For example, if the returned item cost RM1000, shipping charges RM20 and processing fee RM100 will be deducted, credit RM880 will be refund as credit note and email to you.

Refund process will takes 3 weeks to complete.

Please allow minimum up to 15 working days to process your returned item during festive/peak season.

4.2 All return must be reported to Online Department at 0116-1221063 or customersupport@chanfurniture.com.my within the timeline given. Please be reminded that we are unable to assist any complaints for damaged or missing items after 48hrs from day of receipt.
