When you shop at www.chanfurniture.my, you can either choose for delivery service or self pickup for your purchases. Please take note that our online service is only available to Malaysian customers. (Refer remarks stated on the description for West Malaysia/East Malaysia product).
1. DELIVERY CHARGES
SABAH & SARAWAK - FURNITURE

For purchase less than RM1000 (RM30-50 per item)
Products will be delivered out from our Kota Kinabalu Warehouse once payment has been finalized and will take approximately 3-14 business days for the products to arrive to you.
*For rural area, it will takes more than 14 business days for the products to arrive to you.
*For Sarawak, it will takes approximately 14-45 business days for the products to arrive to you.
SABAH - ELECTRICAL PRODUCT

PENINSULAR MALAYSIA - FURNITURE

Products will be delivered out from our Warehouse once payment has been finalized and will take approximately 3-14 business days for the products to arrive to you.
* For rural area, it will takes more than 14 business days for the products to arrive to you.
* Delivery exclude Pahang, Penang, Kelantan, Terengganu & Gerik.
2. ONLINE PURCHASE & PICKUP OPTION
PROCEDURE
1. Once purchase has been confirmed, you will be receiving a payment receive a payment receipt in your email to notify you that the purchase and payment is confirmed.
2. Our packing staff will then proceed to prepare your items. We will make a phone call/email/WhatsApp to notify you for pickup once item(s) is ready and this will normally take between 3-14 business day.
3. You will be notified by email & phone call once your item(s) is ready for pickup. You will need to bring along your payment receipt and any form of identification document during the pickup. To ensure a fast & smooth procedure, it is advisable to call and inform our staff before dropping by.
4. Leave a comment on the order comments if you wish to pickup at our specific showroom. eg. Menggatal Branch.
