Return Policy

All products purchased on Chan Furniture M Sdn Bhd website are eligible for refund/exchange under the conditions listed below.

  • Products delivered/picked up is not according to descriptions and photos shown on www.chanfurniture.my

  • Products delivered/picked up is defective or parts are missing.

  • All defective/unsatisfactory product must be reported within 7 days of delivery/picked up.

  • Original receipts/invoices are required for all exchange.

  • Item(s) must be in UNUSED condition with original price tag attached. We have the rights to reject any refunds/exchange if product is deemed to be used or has been altered from the original state.

  • Product return can only be done once for each transaction.

  • We will email to you the credit note once the process of returning is completed. Return process normally will take 7* working days from your return item request. Please note that it might take up to 15 working days for festive/peak/public holidays season.

  • Chan Furniture (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right for final decision.

  • Chan Furniture (M) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to alter this policy at any time.

  • Delivery charges paid are not refundable and in the event of exchanging items, customers are subjected to a new delivery fee if delivery service is required.

  • Please note that each refund request is subjected to a 10% processing fee which will be deducted from the total invoice amount .

Example: Total invoice paid is RM1000 (inclusive of delivery charges of RM50)

Refund amount = RM900 (after the deduction of 10% total invoice amount & delivery charges)
