Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • The product delivered is defective or damaged upon receipt.

  • The product received is not as described on our website.

  • For certain electricals, smartphones, or laptops, items must be returned unopened and unused.

Note:

  • Customized or made-to-order furniture may not be eligible for full refunds unless defective.

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

How to Request a Refund

  • Provide your order number, photos of the product (if damaged), and reason for refund.

  • Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.

Refund Processing

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, accidents, or improper installation.

  • Products that have been customized or personalized (unless defective).

  • Items returned after the 7-day window.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Contact us for exchange options if your item is defective or damaged.
